You do not have to try it, but if you were to, you'd find that the nose is a rather floral bouquet while the tongue holds notes of earthy oak, as well as dark fruit. Tannins are present in the forefront but have a smooth finish. A representation of what Elde Menancia has to offer, a true masterpiece of wine, if I do say so myself.
